This is not just a resource list for the sake of having a resource list - everything on this page has been handpicked because of the value that it brings to your understanding of your own psychology. The following audios and videos are very easy to listen to and it's recommended that you listen to them over and over. If something doesn't make sense, don't worry, the more you listen and the more you learn about the Inside-Out Paradigm, the more you will just 'feel' the truth in what Sydney Banks is sharing. These are great to have on in the car, in the background at home or playing whilst you commute - but even better when you're in a quiet space and listening deeply. The soul always recognises truth - and Sydney Banks speaks a lot of truth ;-)
